By accessing the placebet website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by placebet in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the placebet platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and placebet in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. These terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or supplementary terms referenced within them, including the placebet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

placebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the registered email address on their account or by an in-platform notice displayed on login. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

Access to placebet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period during which you hold an active account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. placebet operates a strict 18+ only policy with zero exceptions. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of the type offered by placebet is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. placebet is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. If you are located outside Bangladesh, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary account closure on placebet or on any other online gaming platform where such exclusion is recognised by placebet.
5. Account Limitation: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on placebet. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

placebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof that the above eligibility criteria are met, placebet may suspend or permanently close the account in question, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and where applicable, void any bets placed from that account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To place bets or access casino games on placebet, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. placebet will use the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, account security, and communications relating to your account.

You must not use a false name, a pseudonym, or the personal details of another individual when registering. All information provided must correspond exactly to your official identity documents (National Identity Card or passport). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your placebet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated system to access the platform. placebet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify placebet immediately by contacting support@placebet. placebet will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the account pending resolution.

3.3 KYC Verification

placebet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, placebet may require you to submit copies of your National Identity Card or passport, proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. placebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on placebet. If placebet identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third-party identities — all accounts associated with that player will be closed, all pending bonuses will be cancelled, and any balance in excess of net deposits may be forfeited. placebet uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited. placebet reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to the account holder before crediting a deposit or processing a withdrawal to that method.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take one to three business days depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank and the receiving institution. placebet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method in the account holder's name following KYC review. placebet reserves the right to apply withdrawal processing times that may vary depending on the payment method used and the volume of withdrawal requests being processed at any given time.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the account must have completed KYC verification. placebet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, are flagged as unusual by the platform's risk monitoring system, or are associated with accounts that have not previously completed a deposit-to-withdrawal cycle.

Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds without the genuine intention of using them for gaming — with the purpose of using the platform as a payment intermediary — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on placebet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, any currency conversion costs and exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the player. placebet displays all balances, bets, and transaction amounts in BDT.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on placebet are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, and bet type as published within the Sportsbook section of the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. placebet reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.

Bets are only accepted and confirmed when the platform's system registers a successful confirmation — indicated by a bet confirmation message and a corresponding entry in your bet history. placebet does not accept liability for bets that did not complete due to connection failures, device errors, or other circumstances beyond the platform's control.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting on placebet covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other scheduled cricket events. In-play (live) betting is available for selected matches where live data feeds are active. placebet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets during any period in which the integrity of live data cannot be confirmed. All cricket betting results are determined on the basis of official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent).

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on placebet are provided by third-party licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules published within the game interface. Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology governs the outcome of all non-live games. • Using information not publicly available at the time a bet is struck to gain an unfair advantage over the platform (insider trading on sporting events).
• Any form of chip dumping or money laundering activity through the placebet platform.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your placebet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets that satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games, exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems, and systematically withdrawing bonus funds without meeting the stated conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, placebet reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

6.3 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date by which the relevant wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been released by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance automatically. placebet does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

8.1 Suspension by placebet

placebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following applies:

• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.4 of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse as described in Section 6.2.
• Continuing to operate the account presents a risk to placebet, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, placebet will notify the account holder at their registered email address and outline the steps required to resolve the suspension. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending review, and placebet reserves the right to apply deductions in respect of costs incurred as a result of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your placebet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@placebet. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. placebet will action account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the request and completion of any required KYC checks.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or initiated by placebet — your access to the platform, your bet history, your bonus balances, and your account data will no longer be accessible via the standard login interface. placebet will retain your account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written approval of the placebet compliance team.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, placebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, bet voiding, payment processing delays, or data loss. placebet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the placebet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of placebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from placebet is strictly prohibited.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
